Yes, all our Gold jewellery pieces are BIS Hallmarked for purity assurance.
We also ensure that all our Silver jewellery is crafted from authentic, high-quality silver.

We offer free shipping across India for orders above a certain value (mentioned during checkout).
For orders below the specified value or for expedited delivery, minimal shipping charges may apply.

8. What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
After verifying the issue, we will offer an exchange or replacement as applicable.
