Refunds

• Return and refunds are NOT available under any circumstances.

• We encourage you to check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are allowed only in the following cases:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item.

  • If the wrong item has been delivered.

• Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• Exchange of the product can be done within 2-3 days.

• The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Customers must bear the shipping cost for returning the product unless the mistake is from our side (damaged or wrong item).
